— Integrated System Design

Every system. One coherent architecture.

From FM200 suppression to access control, Smart First Safety designs each layer to operate as a single compliant system — not a collection of separate installs.

Design, supply, install, maintain.

Every contract includes documented test records, fault history, and system-specific compliance reports — the paper trail your Civil Defence inspection requires.

Fire Alarm Systems

Fire Fighting Systems

FM200 Systems

Addressable and conventional detection networks compliant with UAE Civil Defence codes. Engineered for zone isolation, fault reporting, and third-party panel integration.

Clean-agent total-flood suppression for data centres, telecom rooms, and electrical switchgear. Zero residue, zero downtime, specified where water damage is unacceptable.

Wet-pipe, dry-pipe, and pre-action configurations sized to occupancy load and hazard classification per NFPA and local authority requirements.

Fire Suppression Systems

Sprinkler Systems

Fire Extinguishers

Foam and inert-gas suppression for high-value manufacturing, fuel storage, and industrial plant — designed around asset protection, not just fire code compliance.

NFPA 13-compliant sprinkler networks for commercial towers, retail fit-outs, and warehousing. Hydraulic calculations provided for every submission package.

Supply, placement design, and annual certification of portable extinguishers across all agent classes — CO2, dry powder, wet chemical, and clean agent.

Emergency Exit Lights

CCTV Systems

Access Control Systems

IP and analogue surveillance networks designed for commercial and industrial perimeters. Camera placement, cable routing, and NVR configuration documented to site spec.

Card, biometric, and PIN-based access layers integrated with fire alarm door-release outputs. Single controller topology or distributed multi-site management.

Self-contained and central-battery emergency luminaires and exit signage, tested and certified to DCD requirements for occupancy and escape route coverage.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

Scheduled inspection, testing, and compliance documentation across all installed systems. AMC records maintained for Civil Defence audit — no gaps in the service history.

▸ Non-Water Suppression

Specified first, not as a fallback.

Data centres, telecom exchanges, and precision manufacturing lines need suppression that leaves no residue and causes no secondary damage. FM200 and foam systems are our primary design path for those environments — not an upgrade option.

We run hazard classification and agent selection calculations before any cylinder is sized. When FM200 is not the right answer for your space, we will tell you that directly.

Ready to specify your system?

Submit your project scope and system type. We will return a specification-grade response — not a brochure.
